These files are selections from a SRPG made for my Anatomy of a Video Game class. I worked collaboratively with a few artists and programmers in my class to create this game. My tasks included creating the texture for the game grid (the texture is the upper left image), creating the UI box for the controls and game data (a sample is the upper middle image), and the skybox (the texture is the upper right image). My other tasks included modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating the obstacles in the game, which included a tree, bush, and rock. Finally, the game included four characters, a male warrior, a female thief, a dragon, and an alien. I was given the task of animating all the actions of the female thief. The movie files below include all the animations for the female thief, the animations being a walk, idle, attack, defend, got hit, and death. Also the reason there are two files is because the game's camera was a good distance from the characters so the animations had to be exaggerated so at that distance the movements were still clear. The first file is the animations at the distance of the game camera and the second file is a close up of the animations.
Modeling, texturing, and rigging for the female thief were created by Helen Zhang.
